The villa was one of two original homesteads in the area. The pool house was the old horse stable when originally built.
In this extensive renovation, Craft Renovations removed all wall linings, insulated all exterior walls and refurbished all double-hung windows including removing the glass and replacing with laminated glass.
We re-laid 40m of Matai flooring and later stained and polyurethaned 120m2 of flooring. Craft Renovations removed the old kitchen and wood burning stove and then installed a new kitchen, extended the dining room and built a new deck over the pool. We refurbished four bedrooms, three new bathrooms, laundry and built a wine cellar.
To complete the renovation, Craft Renovations laid a new driveway, fitted electric opening gates and landscaped the front yard around the driveway.
