Large extensions were made to the front and rear of house.
We built a new double garage with an office, and a new bedroom and bathroom above the front of the house.
We excavated under the mid-section of the house to create a workshop and laundry.
The main part of the existing house was lifted and another floor was built underneath with a master bedroom and ensuite. The existing three bedrooms were refurbished with new wardrobes. The rear of the house was extended to create a new lounge, dining room and kitchen with new matai flooring.
A large deck at the rear of the house was built and a swimming pool installed.
